I have roots in Sintra, Portugal and my homebreak is Praia Grande. No matter where life takes me, I always find my way back to this amazing place and its people. A special thanks goes to my lifelong mentor, João de Macedo, a former WSL Big Wave Surfer, owner of Surf Academia of Praia Grande and the Method 7 to improve your surf skills. As if its not enough, his passion has led him with a deep desire to protect the ocean, its waves and its important connection to our health and ecosystem.
